Multi-server Linux estate management for a Mauritius-headquartered supply chain business operating across East and Central Africa. ESXi→Proxmox hypervisor migration, DRBD-over-WAN backup replication, Zabbix monitoring, Ansible automation, AWS/Hetzner offsite backup, and full PostgreSQL/Docker app platform build-out. Ongoing since 2023.
Specialist consultant to Bytes Software Services for a South West Water OT edge modernisation. Delivered the infrastructure options report, RHEL for Edge prototype with Image Builder, Packer image build pipelines for RHEL 8 and Windows, and Ansible Automation Platform cluster setup. 2024–2025.
Created and delivered a technical webinar demonstrating Traefik as a modern reverse proxy for ThinLinc, replacing nginx. Working code, proved hypothesis, followed by ecosystem development planning for the partner programme. 2024.
